Qualifications
- 10+ years of creative leadership experience in advertising/media
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across diverse mediums
- Expertise in brand strategy and visual storytelling
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience leading remote/distributed creative teams
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Communications, or related field
