Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform creative campaigns across digital, print, and experiential media
- Lead a team of 10+ designers, copywriters, and videographers
- Collaborate with CMOs to translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives
- Manage $2M+ creative budgets and vendor relationships
- Present work to executive stakeholders and Fortune 500 clients
- Drive innovation in emerging media formats (AR/VR, interactive installations)
- Mentor junior creatives through portfolio reviews and skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative leadership with 5+ directing teams
- Portfolio featuring 50+ campaigns for recognized brands
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics
- Proven track record of award-winning work (Cannes Lions, ADDYs)
- BA in Fine Arts, Design, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of data-driven creative optimization
- Exceptional presentation skills and client management experience
