- Mentor junior creatives through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Analyze campaign performance data to iterate and optimize creative approaches
Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative leadership with 5+ directing teams
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across diverse industries
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and project management tools
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives
- Experience managing six-figure budgets and complex stakeholder relationships
- Deep understanding of media trends and cultural landscape shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Communications, or related field
