Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative leadership with 5+ years directing teams
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across diverse media formats
- Expertise in brand strategy, narrative development, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and project management tools
- Experience managing multi-channel budgets over $1M
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate creative vision to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Communications, or related field
