As Creative Director, you'll shape the future of our clients' brands through innovative digital experiences, cross-platform campaigns, and groundbreaking visual storytelling. You'll collaborate with CMOs and creative leads to transform complex narratives into compelling content that drives engagement and measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end creative development for 5-7 premium brand campaigns annually
- Direct multidisciplinary teams including designers, videographers, and digital artists
- Develop innovative campaign concepts across digital, social, and experiential channels
- Maintain creative excellence while meeting aggressive deadlines and budgets
- Present concepts to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior creatives and foster a culture of innovation
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in creative leadership with portfolio of premium campaigns
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools
- Proven success directing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of digital media trends and consumer psychology
- Experience managing $500K+ project budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Communications, or related field
