Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated creative campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters, and videographers
- Present creative concepts to C-level executives and major clients
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Stay current with emerging media trends and technologies
- Mentor junior creatives and foster collaborative innovation
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align brand vision
Qualifications
- 8+ years of creative leadership experience in advertising or media
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns for recognized brands
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
- Excellent presentation and client communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, or related field
