Responsibilities
- Develop integrated content strategies across social, video, print, and experiential channels
- Lead creative workshops to translate brand values into actionable content blueprints
- Produce award-winning campaigns that blend artistic vision with commercial objectives
- Analyze audience behavior data to optimize content performance and ROI
- Manage cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters, and videographers
- Stay ahead of emerging media trends and platform innovations
- Present strategies to C-suite executives and creative directors
Qualifications
- 5+ years in content strategy or creative production with portfolio demonstrating cultural impact
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems
- Proven ability to translate complex brand narratives into accessible content
- Strong analytics skills with experience in A/B testing and performance metrics
- Experience managing $500k+ content budgets
- BA/MA in Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field
- Published work in recognized creative or media platforms
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles
