Qualifications
- 8+ years in creative communications with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across diverse media formats
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into creative solutions
- MBA or advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven campaign optimization experience
