Responsibilities
- Develop integrated communication strategies across digital, print, and experiential platforms
- Lead creative direction for brand campaigns including video, social media, and immersive installations
- Manage content calendars and editorial pipelines for multi-channel distribution
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize creative approaches
- Mentor junior creatives and oversee vendor relationships for production
- Present creative concepts to C-level clients and stakeholders

Qualifications
- 5+ years in creative communications with portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video production tools
- Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles for content optimization
- Experience with budget management for campaigns over $500K
- BA/MA in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to translate complex brand stories into compelling visual narratives
