Responsibilities
- Develop integrated communication strategies that align with client brand objectives and market trends
- Lead creative concept development for multi-platform campaigns including digital, OOH, and experiential activations
- Oversee cross-functional creative teams while mentoring talent in design thinking and narrative construction
- Manage client relationships with C-level stakeholders across diverse industries
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging communication opportunities
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while maintaining creative excellence
- Drive innovation in emerging formats like AR/VR experiences and interactive installations
- Present creative work to executive teams and clients with compelling narrative rationale
Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative communications with 5+ years in leadership roles at top-tier agencies or brands
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across digital, print, and experiential media
- Expertise in brand storytelling, narrative architecture, and visual communication principles
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional creative teams
- Deep understanding of cultural trends, media landscapes, and audience behavior analysis
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and project management tools like Asana
- Experience with sustainability-focused communications and DEI initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
