Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to manage outstanding balances.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements in accordance with company guidelines and collection policies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all collection activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify potential payment obstacles and offer creative, compliant solutions to resolve account discrepancies.
  • Monitor and track assigned portfolios to ensure performance metrics and recovery targets are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address billing queries and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and industry regulations during all communication touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in collections, call center, or customer service roles is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on conflict resolution and persuasive communication.
