Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP
- Lead cloud migration projects for complex legacy systems
- Develop infrastructure-as-code templates using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.99% SLAs
- Conduct security assessments and compliance audits (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud infrastructure with 4+ years in architecture roles
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) with professional certification
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong background in infrastructure automation (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)
- Experience with cloud cost optimization tools (AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management)
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
