Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical social work services, including individual, couples, and family therapy.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and case management.
- Facilitate support groups and psychoeducation workshops within the community.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Advocate for clients to ensure access to necessary healthcare and social resources.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Valid New York State LCSW or LMSW license (or eligible for licensure).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical social work or mental health services.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
