Responsibilities
- Oversee complex multi-center clinical trials ensuring protocol adherence and regulatory compliance
- Manage patient recruitment strategies and retention protocols for diverse cohorts
- Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting using REDCap and SAS platforms
- Liaise with IRB, FDA, and sponsor representatives for regulatory submissions
- Train and supervise research staff on GCP guidelines and study procedures
- Develop and maintain electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) and study documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, or related field
- Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) credential required
- Minimum 3 years experience in oncology/cardiovascular trials
- Proficiency in regulatory documentation and FDA 1572 procedures
- Advanced knowledge of ICH-GCP and 21 CFR Part 820 standards
- Experience with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault)
- Strong statistical literacy and data interpretation skills
