Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial execution ensuring protocol compliance and regulatory adherence
- Coordinate subject recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes
- Manage data collection, verification, and regulatory documentation
- Liaise between investigators, sponsors, and ethics committees
- Train staff on Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Prepare FDA submissions and maintain study documentation
- Analyze trial data and prepare interim/final reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
- 2+ years clinical research coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred
- Expertise in ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
- Proficiency with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent studies
