Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and institutional guidelines
- Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes
- Manage electronic data capture systems and maintain accurate study documentation
- Liaise between investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor adverse events and ensure timely safety reporting
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain study files
- Mentor junior staff and conduct protocol training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years clinical research coordination experience with FDA-regulated trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and 21 CFR regulations
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent studies in a fast-paced environment
