Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols ensuring compliance with FDA and ICH-GCP standards
- Recruit, screen, and enroll participants while maintaining detailed electronic health records
- Monitor trial progress, collect data, and prepare regulatory submissions for IRB approval
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and biostatisticians
- Manage investigational product inventory and ensure proper documentation throughout trials
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive reports for sponsors and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related healthcare field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience with oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Expertise in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) and REDCap
- Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to regulatory documentation
- Experience managing site initiation and closeout processes
