Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of clinical trial protocols from initiation to closeout
- Recruit, screen, and maintain detailed patient records per FDA guidelines
- Coordinate multidisciplinary research teams and vendor relationships
- Implement data management systems ensuring 100% audit readiness
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain IRB documentation
- Analyze trial data and generate comprehensive progress reports
- Train staff on GCP standards and study-specific procedures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred
- Expertise in FDA regulations and ICH-GCP standards
- Advanced proficiency in REDCap and clinical trial databases
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
- Experience with oncology or cardiology trials preferred
