Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols in compliance with FDA/ICH-GCP standards
- Recruit, screen, and enroll participants while maintaining ethical study conduct
- Manage study budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple sites
- Oversee data collection, verification, and submission to regulatory bodies
- Train and supervise research staff on protocol procedures and safety protocols
- Prepare regulatory documents and ensure IRB compliance throughout trial lifecycle
Qualifications
- Master's degree in life sciences, nursing, or clinical research (or equivalent experience)
- Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or ACRP certification required
- Minimum 3 years of clinical trial coordination experience in therapeutic areas
- Expertise in regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, GCP) and ethical guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
