Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols from initiation to closeout ensuring FDA/GCP compliance
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible participants while maintaining ethical standards
- Manage electronic data capture systems and maintain accurate regulatory documentation
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary research teams and vendor relationships
- Monitor adverse events and ensure patient safety throughout study phases
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive reports for regulatory submissions
- Maintain IRB/EC compliance and protocol amendments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience in therapeutic area
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Deep knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Strong problem-solving abilities in complex regulatory environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced research settings
