Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/ICH-GCP compliance and regulatory documentation
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes
- Manage electronic data capture systems and maintain accurate trial documentation
- Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and ethics committees to ensure protocol adherence
- Analyze and report adverse events and safety data to regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior staff and implement continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience with therapeutic trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle)
- Demonstrated knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
