Responsibilities
- Manage clinical trial protocols from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to GCP standards
- Recruit, screen, and enroll participants while maintaining strict ethical standards
- Maintain accurate electronic data capture systems and regulatory documentation
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and sponsors
- Monitor adverse events and ensure timely reporting to IRB and regulatory bodies
- Develop study budgets and manage research grant compliance
- Present findings at national conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, or related health science field
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience in academic/hospital setting
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in FDA 21 CFR Part 812 and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in REDCap, Oracle Clinical, or similar EDC platforms
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
- Proven ability to manage complex regulatory documentation and timelines
