  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts) and strong knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex clinical data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience with ICD-10 and CPT coding regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and influence non-technical clinical staff.
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) preferred.
