Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within target market segments.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competition, and new growth areas.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions.
- Present tailored solutions to clients, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Track and report on sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Enterprise Sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a B2B environment.
- Experience working within the Fintech, SaaS, or Technology sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
