Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic planning initiatives across various business units.
- Monitor and analyze organizational performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Facilitate the quarterly and annual review processes, identifying areas for growth and operational improvement.
- Support senior management in the preparation of board reports, performance dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve project management outcomes.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to support informed decision-making and business development strategies.
- Assist in the formulation and evaluation of corporate policies to drive efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or performance management.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into strategic narratives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and balanced scorecard methodologies.
