Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall visual style and art direction for projects and campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a creative team of designers and copywriters.
- Review and approve final designs to ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards.
- Present concepts and final assets to clients and stakeholders in a compelling manner.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the strategy and account management teams to ensure creative goals align with business objectives.
- Maintain and organize the company's creative asset library.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in art direction or creative leadership roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of print, digital, and motion graphics work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or Communications.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
