Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in AI/ML conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, or generative models
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders
