Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with high accuracy and professional formatting.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory, placing orders and ensuring availability while adhering to budget guidelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring quick retrieval of information.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Process expense reports and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of progressive administrative support experience in a professional office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
