Responsibilities
- Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence in English
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for leadership teams
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist in onboarding processes and administrative documentation for new hires
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle vendor relationships, procurement of office supplies, and expense tracking
- Support cross-departmental projects and special events as required
Qualifications
- Fluency in both written and spoken English (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
