Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high retention rates.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the non-life insurance sector.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to provide tailored insurance solutions to clients.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including negotiation of terms and conditions with underwriters.
- Provide expert advice on insurance coverage and claim procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate and professional insurance proposals, quotations, and policy documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and competitor offerings to provide competitive insights.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless policy administration and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in non-life insurance, brokerage, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and insurance management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a client-centric approach.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
